| Members of 2004 - Youth Voice Program had the inaugural meeting at World Bank Ankara Office on March 23, 2004 with twenty one participants coming from all over Turkey.
The Turkey Country Manager Marie- Hélène P. Bricknell opened the meeting, and shared her experience about Macedonian youth in the past four years.

John Innes, Lead Social Sector Expert and the manager of the program, explained the outline of Program and let the members introduce themselves.
Armin H. Fidler, Europe & Central Asia Sector Manager in Health-Nutrition and Population, talked about health insurance and public health issues during a “White Plate Seminar”. Questions and Answers session was also beneficiary for the Group.
After that, the group divided into three sub-groups and each of them prepared a five minute presentation on governance & private sector problems in Turkey to perform at the VC "Good Governance for Young Leaders Session 5: State Capture and Corporate Governance".
Even though the agenda was heavy, the group had a successful meeting.
Now, the group is preparing to submit their ideas about (i) youth problems in Turkey, (ii) what Bank should do, and (iii) what youth should do, to Mr. James D. Wolfensohn, President of the World Bank on April 13, 2004.
