| The Youth Voices Group (YVG) group gathered together on 4-5 December 2004 in Ankara. The programme of the meeting was dedicated to report writing. Each Working Group continued on writing their own reports during the whole weekend.
Mr. John Innes opened the meeting at 09.30 on Saturday. He reminded the Yoth Voices members about the key points while preparing reports and their presentations.
Each Working Group came together and started to work on their reports till Saturday evening.
On Sunday morning, each group made last arrangements on their draft reports and presentations till the coffee-break. Presentations of each working group took place after coffee-break. Moreover, comments and remarks of John Innes, Arsev Umur Aydinoglu and Ozan Cakmak were followed after each presentation.
A discussion on next activities of Youth Voices Group took place after determining the deadlines for finalizing reports and presentations. After finalizing reports, meetings with officials from the government, EU embassies, youth NGOs and other institutions will be arranged in order working groups to present their reports.
Meeting was closed at 13:30 on Sunday afternoon.
